Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the completed Return Authorization form is included inside.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postal location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
